• Leiden University should be notified as soon as possible of any change in nationality, type of residence permit, and/or possible “Studiefinanciering” support, throughout the academic year.
•  If the student terminates the study prematurely, any requests for reimbursement of tuition fees will be made to Leiden University and analogues to the “Regeling inschrijving, college- en examengeld” for the applicable academic year.
